Leadership at Brain Cyber Solutions

Brain Cyber Solutions was founded in 2005 by Syam K S as a digital marketing and SEO practice in Ernakulam, Kerala. Binusree R joined in 2008 and has led operations as Chief Operating Officer since 2017.

Between them they run the two sides of the company: client strategy and technical delivery on one side, operations and programme delivery on the other. That split is why a company of this size can run client services, two training programmes, partner training for other institutions, and Maattam at the same time.

Syam K S founded Brain Cyber Solutions in 2005 and leads strategy, client work and the technical side of the practice. He has worked in digital and search since 2001, and professionally in SEO and digital marketing since 2005, across more than 100 international projects.

He holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and worked as a developer before moving into search, including enterprise systems work in SAP ABAP. That background shapes how the company approaches technical work: audits go past surface checklists into crawl behaviour, rendering and site architecture, and recommendations arrive with implementation detail developers can use.

His focus is technical SEO, entity and semantic SEO, programmatic SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI workflow automation. He is Google and HubSpot certified, and has completed Anthropic Education coursework in Claude, agentic AI and MCP, and OpenAI courses in AI foundations, agents and workflows.

He also founded Maattam, the AI Learning & Professional Growth Ecosystem operated by Brain Cyber Solutions, and trains through Techmindz at Infopark Ernakulam, the Entri App, ICT Academy Kerala and our own programmes. All sessions are conducted in Malayalam.

Binusree R

Binusree R is Chief Operating Officer of Brain Cyber Solutions. She joined the company in 2008 and has led operations as COO since 2017.

She runs the operational side of the company: delivery, coordination across client work and training programmes, and the systems that keep both running alongside each other. Eighteen years with the company means she has seen it move from a small local practice to one running international client work, multiple training programmes and a separate learning ecosystem.

She holds an LLB and an MBA in Human Resources, a combination that covers most of what running a services company actually involves: contracts and client agreements on one side, people and process on the other.

How Brain Cyber Solutions Grew

Twenty years, from a side project to a company running client work, training and an AI learning ecosystem

2000 : A college project

Syam built his first website in 2000 as a college project, a portal written in ASP with chat and email features. The interest in how information gets found online started there.

2001 : Bangalore

From 2001 he worked in Bangalore across programming, enterprise systems and technical roles, including SAP ABAP. He built websites in his own time throughout, and researched how to get them ranking on Google at a point when there was very little published on the subject.

2005 : The blog, and the company

A technology blog he ran on the side grew to more than 10,000 daily visitors through organic search. Working out why it ranked turned into the work itself, and Brain Cyber Solutions was founded the same year in Ravipuram, Cochin.

2008 : Binusree joins

Binusree R joined the company in 2008, taking on operations as the client base grew. She became Chief Operating Officer in 2017.

2009 : Clients from the US and UK

A strategic alliance with two overseas software companies brought SEO projects from the US and Europe. That was the start of the international work that now runs past 100 projects.

2014 : A distributed company

By 2014 Brain Cyber Solutions had moved to a fully remote model, working with a network of more than 60 specialists across content, design, social, search marketing, SEO and development. This was well before remote work became ordinary.

2021 : Training begins

Training started properly through Techmindz at Infopark Ernakulam, and later the Entri App and ICT Academy Kerala. The aim was straightforward: produce SEO professionals in Kerala who had been taught by people doing the work.

2026 : Maattam

Brain Cyber Solutions launched Maattam, an AI Learning & Professional Growth Ecosystem for Malayalam speakers in Kerala, the Gulf and the wider diaspora, delivering structured AI learning in Malayalam.
