What is a custom web app?
It is software built for your business and used through a browser, such as a lead tracker, a booking system, a client portal or a reporting dashboard. It fits your process instead of making you change to fit the software.
When should I build a custom tool instead of buying software?
Build when ready-made software does not fit your process, when you pay for many features you do not use, or when you need to connect several systems. If a ready-made tool fits well, we will say so.
Do I need to replace my current tools?
Not always. We can connect to what you already use, such as your CRM, accounting software, WhatsApp, Google Sheets or website, and build only the missing piece.
How long does a small tool take?
It depends on the scope. A small tool can have a first version in a few weeks. We give a timeline after the planning session.
Who owns the code?
You do. We agree this in writing at the start.
Can you move my data from spreadsheets?
Yes. We clean and import your existing data, and keep a backup of the original.
Can the app use AI?
Yes, where it helps: summarising notes, searching documents, sorting requests or drafting replies. A person stays in control of important decisions.
Is the data secure?
