What is workflow automation?
It connects your apps so that routine steps happen on their own. For example, a new enquiry can be saved to your CRM, assigned to a salesperson, answered on WhatsApp and added to a report, with no one copying data by hand.
Which tasks in my business can be automated?

Do you only use n8n?
No. n8n is one option. We also use Make, Zapier and direct API integrations, and we choose the tool around your process, your systems and how you want to run it.
What is the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows rules you set, so it is fast and predictable. AI helps with work that needs reading or judgement, such as sorting emails or drafting replies. We use plain automation for rule-based steps and add AI only where it helps.
Can we automate only part of a process?
Yes. A small, reliable workflow often pays back faster than automating everything at once. We start with one process and add more once it works.
Will automation replace my staff?
