Build DPDP Consent and Opt-Outs Into Your Website, CRM and WhatsApp

Most DPDP help stops at a report. We build the changes: consent records on your forms and WhatsApp, opt-outs that reach every system, consent-aware analytics and ads, data request workflows, retention and deletion, and access control across your CRM, automation and AI tools. Brain Cyber Solutions delivers this in partnership with Vectis Trust.

What you receive

  • Consent capture and records on forms, landing pages and WhatsApp
  • Website consent notice and consent-aware analytics and ad tags
  • Opt-out handling that reaches CRM, WhatsApp, email and automation
  • Workflows for access, correction, deletion and grievance requests

The problems we solve

Does this sound familiar?

These are the everyday challenges we help businesses solve.

  1. Consent is not recorded

You cannot show who agreed to what, when, and on which form.

  2. An opt-out stops at one tool

A customer replies STOP on WhatsApp and still gets your email and CRM follow-ups.

  3. Tracking fires before anyone chooses

Analytics and ad tags load with no notice or choice for the visitor.

  4. Data requests would take days

To find or delete one person's data, someone would have to search every system by hand.

  5. Automations copy data everywhere

Workflows and AI tools spread personal data into more places than anyone planned.

  6. Everyone can export everything

Shared logins and open sheets leave no record of who did what.

Who this is for

Businesses that run on WhatsApp, CRM, ads and automation, and that have a plan or a report but need someone to make the changes. It also suits companies whose legal adviser has told them what to do, without anyone to do it.

Where personal data really moves

Because Brain also runs digital marketing, WhatsApp automation, CRM integration, workflow automation and analytics, we know where data leaks: a lead form sending names into three tools, a sheet shared with an agency, a workflow pasting customer details into an AI prompt.

Start with the highest risk

We do not change everything at once. Consent capture and opt-outs usually come first, because they touch customers daily. Retention, access control and AI reviews follow.

When you need this

In our implementation support service, your own team carries out the changes. Choose this service if you do not have the technical people, or want it done for you.

Before this step

If you do not yet know what needs to change, start with an initial assessment, and pair this work with implementation support. See all our DPDP compliance services.

Pricing

Priced to your systems.

The price depends on how many systems hold personal data and how they connect. We agree the scope in writing first.

How the work runs

How we implement.

One system at a time, in order of risk.

  1. Review

We use your gap report or data map to see what must change in each tool.

  2. Design

We design consent, opt-out and request flows that fit your tools, with Vectis review.

  3. Build

We make the changes in your website, CRM, WhatsApp, analytics and automation.

  4. Test

We test real cases: a new consent, a withdrawal, a deletion request, a failure.

  5. Hand over

We document everything and train the person who will own it.

Questions

Questions about DPDP technical implementation

Why is technical work needed if we have a privacy policy?

A policy makes promises, and systems have to keep them. If your notice says people can withdraw consent, withdrawing has to actually stop your WhatsApp, email and CRM messages.

Do you need to replace our CRM or website?

Usually not. We start with the tools you have. We only suggest a change if a tool cannot do what is needed.

How do you handle a WhatsApp opt-out?

A STOP reply updates the customer's record, removes them from campaigns and syncs to your CRM, with the date kept as a record.

Will consent reduce our analytics data?

It can. People who decline tracking are not measured, so reports may show less traffic. We set up consent-aware measurement so what you collect stays useful.

Are AI tools safe to use under the DPDP Act?

They can be, with care. We check what personal data goes to each tool, limit it, review the provider's data terms and log what automated steps do.

Can you work with our existing IT team or vendor?

Yes. We can build the changes or guide your team, whichever suits you.
