How to make Wheat Cake

Wheat Flour – 1 cup

Egg – 4

Powered cahewnut – 1 cup

Milk – 2 cup

Sugar – 2 cup

Baking powder – ¾ cup


Fry the wheat flour till it becomes brown color. Beat egg and milk till it becomes fluffy.

Add the fried wheat flour, cashew nut powder, sugar, baking powder to milk and egg mixture. Mix them well. Keep this dough for 15 minutes. Now you can steam this dough in a cooker.

This is also a cake which can be made with out a oven. A cooker made cake without butter. The cholesterol content is much less in this. The taste is so different that will make you eat it very often. Kids too will love it.
