Tips for weight loss diet

Instructions to be followed while taking the weight loss diet :-

1. If you feel hungry, have fruits like apple, orange, grapes etc ; you can have any fruits except kerala banana, and chikoo. Avoid seeds in the fruits. Also you can have half steamed vegetables like beans, cabbage etc or raw vegetables like celery, cucumber, sprouted seeds etc.

2. Avoid milk and milk products while taking this diet. If you are so particular to take them, then go for skimmed or low fat milk and its products.

3. Avoid saturated fats like butter, lard, animal fat, coconut oil, palm oil, and hydrogenated oils.

4. Never add artificial sweeteners.

5. Drink 3 liters of water and if you want to consume tea/coffee, you can take them without milk and also avoid sugar. Instead you can add jaggery.

6. Instead of fruit juice, always have whole fruits.

7. Do not add coconut in any of your dishes.

8. Never take alcohol, soft drinks, and beverages with sugar or milk.

9. Always have fresh fruits or vegetables.

10. Never over cook vegetables. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

11. Always bake potato or boil separately, if you want to have potato.

12. Never add more salt in any of your food. Always add salt with low sodium content.
