Hygiene is the most important factor to protect skin from pimples. Oiliness and dust combines and get accumulated in the pores of skin. This causes pimples.
- Do not touch the pimples.It can be the cause of infection.
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday.
- Avoid fatty and oily food.
- Include more of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Avoid chemical mixed cosmetics and oily creams.
