Fried Szechuan Chicken Recipe

1st level

  • Chicken – 1/2 kg; cut in to small pieces
  • Dried red chillied – 10
  • Oil – tablespoon
  • Garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 10 flakes; cut into small pieces
  • Tomato ketchup – 5 tablespoon
  • Vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoon
  • Ajinomo – 1/4 teaspoon

2nd level

  • Spring onions – 2; cut into pieces
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp

Marinate chicken with all 1st level ingredients. Cook it well. Add spring onions and cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup of water to it. Cook until the thick sauce gets coated on the chicken pieces very well. You can now microwave this chicken for 2 minutes so you can get a spicy dry szechuan chicken. Mouth watering…..yummy.
