Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1/2 kg; cut into small pieces
  • Onion – 1; cut into cubes
  • Ginger – 1 piece; finelly chopped
  • Garlic – 4 flakes; finelly chopped
  • Soyasauce – 2 tbsp
  • Ajinomotto – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar – tbsp
  • Green chillies – 6; split into two pieces
  • Capsicum -1; cut into cubes
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – as per your taste
  • White wine – 2 teaspoon
  • Cornflour – 2 tbsp, dissolved in 1/2 cup water

In a kadai, pour some oil and add ginger, garlic and onion to it. Once the onion starts change colour add soyasuce, ajinomotto and chicken respectively. Once it is cooked add the other ingredients and cover it and cook until all the sauce dries off and chicken becomes dry.
