Protein Dosa



Urad dal – ½ cup

Chana dal – ½ cup

Raw rice – ¼ cup

Onion –1

Green chilly – 1 or 2

Asafetida – 1 pinch

Curry leaves – 1 table spoon


Soak rice, urad and chana for 3 hours and gring along with other ingredients and keep the dough over night. Make the dosa in non-stick pan with no less oil (preferably no oil).
