General Health Tips

  • Stay away from smoking and consuming alcohol.
  • Wake up early everyday
  • Take food only when you are hungry.
  • Exercise everyday
  • Bath everyday and keep your body clean always
  • Make sure you taking the food that has vitamins.
  • Sleep for at least 6 hours daily.
  • Drink enough water.
  • Avoid using much salt.
  • Do not take fast food and colored food daily.
  • Include more of papaya, spinach, cabbage etc in your food.
  • Control yourself and your mind and try to meditate at least 10 minutes daily. Keep yourself away from tension.
