For the protection of heart

Food for protecting heart :-

  • Eat lot of fruits and vegetables that contain fiber.
  • Eat salads before every meals
  • Since coconut contains lot of fiber it is not dangerous. But it is dangerous once it is fried. The same happens to coconut oil

 

Food that damages the heart:-

  • It is good that fat people reduce the volume of rice and the like starch contained food
  • Stop use of fried and oil heated food.
  • Avoid using milk, egg, meat and the like fatty food.
  • Abstain from using chocolates, ice-creams, puddings, bakery items, saturated drinks etc
  • Do not use the unnatural food.
