For the protection of heart
Food for protecting heart :-
- Eat lot of fruits and vegetables that contain fiber.
- Eat salads before every meals
- Since coconut contains lot of fiber it is not dangerous. But it is dangerous once it is fried. The same happens to coconut oil
Food that damages the heart:-
- It is good that fat people reduce the volume of rice and the like starch contained food
- Stop use of fried and oil heated food.
- Avoid using milk, egg, meat and the like fatty food.
- Abstain from using chocolates, ice-creams, puddings, bakery items, saturated drinks etc
- Do not use the unnatural food.
