Diet Juices Recipe

You can try each juice on each day. They will make you healthy and feel enthusiastic. So it is good to start your day with a diet juice.

 

Juice 1

 

Bitter gourd – 1

Strawberries/ Apple – 6/1

Honey – 1 tablespoon

Ginger – ½ inch

 

Juice 2

 

Green beans – ½ cup

Broccoli florets/ Cauliflower – 3 florets

Whear sprouts – 4-table spoon

Apple – 2

Carrot –2

Ginger – ½ inch

 

Juice 3

 

Apple – 3-4

Beetroot – 50gms

Celery – 1/4th cup

Carrot – 2

Ginger – ½ inch

 

Juice 4

 

Grape fruit –  ½ cup

Apple – 2 ginger – ½ inch

Blue berries/ strawberries – 200gms

Spinach – 1/4th cup

 

Juice them with a juicer and dilute with 50 % of water and drink.
