Crumbled banana


Big banana cut into pieces- 4-6
Maida- 1 cup
Frozen butter – ½ cup
Sugar- 1/3 cup.
Salt- 1 pinch


Mix Maida and salt. Add the butter pieces and sugar to it. Keep the banana in layers in the baking bowl. Sprinkle sugar in between the layers. Put the Maida mixture in to the bowl in such a way that the banana pieces are completely covered with the mixture. Bake it in heated oven for 45 minutes, and take it once it is golden color.
