Reducing Blood pressure
To reduce blood pressure, have pasted garlic and mixed with butter
Intake of Boerhavia diffusa (thazhuthama) juice daily twice can reduce blood pressure.
For reducing blood pressure:-
- Eat vegetables and fruits daily
- Make it a habit to do exercises.
- Find time for relaxation daily.
- Reduce the use of salt.
- Stop smoking
- Stop consuming alcohol
- Reduce weight. Never be obese.
