Reducing Blood pressure

To reduce blood pressure, have pasted garlic and mixed with butter

Intake of Boerhavia diffusa (thazhuthama) juice daily twice can reduce blood pressure.

For reducing blood pressure:-

 

 

  • Eat vegetables and fruits daily
  • Make it a habit to do exercises.
  • Find time for relaxation daily.
  • Reduce the use of salt.
  • Stop smoking
  • Stop consuming alcohol
  • Reduce weight. Never be obese.
